HVT Series
Silicon carbide resin composite ceramic desulfurization circulating pump is a new generation of high-efficiency pump which based on the characteristics of industrial flue gas desulfurization pump, it also absorbing the design experience of foreign companies’ solid-liquid two phase flow pump, and applying the independent intellectual property rights such as modern composite ceramic technology and non-metal casting technology.
This kind of pump can be widely applied in the field of coal-fired power plant, mill sintering machine limestone, gypsum desulfurization, ammonia process of desulfurization, and so on.
Structural Characteristics of Desulfurized Slurry Circulating Pump
- Pump flow parts including body, impeller, pump cover lining or integral core bone are all adopts casting design. The parts in contact with the fluid medium are ceramic materials with good wear resistance and corrosion resistance;
- With the axial adjustment structure, the impeller can be conveniently adjusted in the axial direction, keeping the clearance between the impeller and the front cover plate, so as to maintain the high efficiency of the pump;
- The layout of the pump is “pull back” structure. This can make the pump in the removal of impeller, mechanical seal and shaft components without removing the pump inlet and outlet pipeline, easy to maintain;
- Pump shaft with large diameter and short shaft head can reduce the deflection of the shaft in the work, and extend the service life of the seal;
- Bearings are lubricated with thin oil. The bearing is installed in a removable bearing box with rubber sealing circular shaft to prevent dirt and water from entering.

User Case
Under the strong abrasive condition of the mine, the service life of the ceramic pump is 3-5 times that of the metal pump. The maximum particle size of the slurry in the existing case can reach 25mm, which means the needs of all the pumps in the beneficiation process.
